Well thanks! Yeah... I know Faust and Shortee. They are certainly an influence. Mainly, I am influenced by Mr. Dibbs and Z-Trip with a healthy dose of Wayne Butane.
Ive been an underground hip-hop head all my life and grew up around DJs and MCs. I used to regularly attend shows but sadly its been about 5 years since the last show I made. That was a Cut Chemist and DJ Shadow tag-team on 4 decks. They did an amazing show spinning records exclusively from Afrika Bambata's private collection. Z-trip has long been a favorite as well as DJ Lord (another ATL DJ). Do you do gigs or just rock at home?
Nothing wrong with that.....I largely consider myself a bedroom artist!! LOL Its nice to have hobbies that dont require other people to be involved. That way you can do whatever YOU want to do
