I cant afford anything rn i have like five bucks, and theres a target nearby. Im wondering if the alarm goes off there because i know they have those metal detectors(?) near the escalators.
unless there's an alarm on the actual item you should be fine. Ive also seen alarms inside packaging so I would check for that too, or even better just take ts out of the packaging for minimal risk. just don't let anyone see you and it should be fine
