alright so i racked a lot of Pilot refill ink cartridges, and then when i cut them open and put them in My 93% denatured alcohol, i let them sit for a night,and then when i checked on them today All the pens had formed something like a protective White layer of something solid. No clue on what it is, but the ink isnt coming out, help please
