awesome! here in the UK u gotta be 16 to get paint. not sure about markers. the dutch seem pretty lax about drugs, graffiti ect. from what ive heard
im going to get stuff off the internet, coz then they dont know how old you are!

been in art since a wee lad . now 12 almost 13 . started graff when i was in the third grade though . parents are awesome .
