WHEN NO ONE IS OUT!!!!! ITS NOT THAT FUCKING HARD!!!! always have at least a marker/sticker on you, if you find yourself at a nice spot for a tag and no one around/near, you will feel salty for not having anything
I usually leave at 1am, walk across town and back, get home right around 5. go with 2 of the homies, and 2 black and 2 white tall osh cans. waistlined. this shit is not that hard, all you have to do is not be shady when you get stopped by the cops
What if I'm just doing writing with pens and stuff? That's what I'm starting with so far. What do you think is best time for that? And where should I? What objects and stuff?
man anytime is good for writing with pens and pencils expecially at school. the only time you shouldnt do it is work.and keep your sketches of your name away from the feds and the teachers and people who will snitch because then you will have to switch names and possibly styles.they even be snitching in mississippi where i used to stay at.
There's a piece in London which a crew put up illegally. It's in central London and they turned up in hi vis and no one questioned them. It was middle of the day on a busy road.
depends entirely on the spot. a chill spot you can paint in the day time. if you are doing a highway or a rooftop or something street side, its probably better to go out later. being out too late can be just as hot as painting in the daytime. if you are in an area where theres NOBODY outside after midnight/1am etc. and you are just walking around with a backpack on you are gonna stick out. personally for me I try to go out around like 9ish to about 1 or 2 am at the latest. depending on what I'm hitting and where. certain areas you can get away with being out late at night. if I'm doing street sides like 330-5am is probably the best. there is usually NOBODY outside on the weekdays. ive gone bombing in the daytime though, you just gotta pick your spots right. doing tags and hollows in the daytime is definitely doable, especially with a lookout. but I usually just play the cut if I do that.
Doing shit in relatively chill spots like abandoned shit is self explanatory but in regards to stealth mission there are some cool little tricks depending on what type of environment you're bombing, I don't know nearly as much about graffiti as I do sneaking. So two myth you need to bust right off the bat is black and urban camouflage, the only time black is acceptable is if the moon is basically gone and you're in a hella deep shadow, in neutral shadows black actually silhouettes which is a no no. Also urban camouflage retains white which is never a color you want to wear being stealthy(unless in snow in the middle of daytime; which is ridiculous for this context) so in my mind the ultimate urban sneaking gear are grey scale solid colors. Sometimes dark reds and navy blue are acceptable as well but you'll want to avoid any greens if you aren't around woods and what not. Also if you absolutely want to use camo which I don't recommend, don't use military patterns they're more for all around shit, specialized hunting camo are traditionally speaking superior to most mil cams you can get. In regards to the tightness of the clothes you have two options with their own unique advantages and disadvantages, tight clothes make less noise while walking but if you're not sneaking properly it's easy to silhouette yourself; the human eye wants to recognize the pattern of a frame and does so easily when offered the chance. Baggy clothes like overly large sweat pants and what not break up the form of your body to make it naturally less recognizable but as you're aware louder while walking. The same goes for large coats and baggy hoodie versus form fitting clothes; remember generally urban to suburban sneaking grey and loose is apex. You don't need to fox walk in a city street unless you're already in trouble. I personally do recommend wearing things like beanie and a mask you can pull over your face from around your neck, but I wouldn't pull the mask up till you're about to bomb. Also if you have to wear a backpack, wear one that's preferably small. Like a third of the size of a traditional pack. If you can't have grey here black is acceptable. The biggest lesson is don't silhouette yourself, you might be going out late but on the off chance someone does see you (pork chops) you'll give yourself time to react if not hide as long as you put yourself in a good spot, keep yourself close to surfaces of any kind, walls, trees, buildings. If you're walking on a sidewalk in a suburban environment; unless you're going a short distance don't. Keep close to anything else and don't let your frame get silhouetted out in the open, if there's light behind you and an observer in front of you, if you aren't near something it's way more easy to recognize it as a human frame. This all being said don't act sketch, just place yourself in an area where you're not going to get noticed as easily. Urban areas provide great avenue for sneaking without detection that remain essentially nonsensical but suburban writers should learn how to sneak through yards without being detected as that's the single best way to travel at night. Cops see a guy on the sidewalk you're beat, but they can't see a person who is both behind the nearest residence and who's silhouette is interrupted by the treeline he is walking next to. Anything that obstructs raw form on first glance is your friend. So basically if you're writing late. (TLDR) Nightime 1. wear grey to dark grey 2. loose fitting clothes are choice 3. Small packs are apex, like assault pack size 4. Don't silhouette yourself by sticking close to essentially anything (EDIT) Daytime Mind you the rules are completely different during the day if that's your thing, it's a different type of sneaking all together one is about not being seen and the other is about not being noticed, this video will elaborate on a concept on how to remain neutral and less likely to garner both someones attention and a spot in their memory. Minimize the things that stick out in peoples minds, there is an experiment where on a tv show they used to switch whole individuals out behind the desk while dudes were ordering a hotel room just to see if the employee would notice. Not surprisingly most of the time (above 80%) they didn't, and the reason is people phase out most of what's happening. There are strategy to fall between those gaps of awareness in broad daylight. Obviously the context of the video is survival but the only thing you need to add to this for bombing is a spotter friend and speed. Although really I don't recommend bombing loaded locations during the day anyway that seems like a horrible idea, maybe like a tag or even a throw if you're brisk about it.
