Pre bombing - check cans, caps, towel(winter only), and sketches(if necessary), smoke mad weed, take a few shots of rum during bombing - smoke mad weed, if I'm heading to a designated spot I'll tend to run there because I get way too excited to paint Oh yeah, and I never listen to music while painting, I just don't dig it.
music gets shit goin. get ma caps all together. arange em in differnt pockets. do the fastest bomb skeches i can and get pumped. watch it get dark out. do all this with your buddy. and go get up.
be4 jam tah some music think about what i wanna do get cans together mayb sum mops if it gna be a nice adventures walk and toke up during no music get zoneing to my own world, think of sum crazy shit get some eat smoke drink jam zzzzz
make a sandwich take a piss eat the sandwich, take half of it with me in some foil and then get over the butterflys (or not) and paint

smoke like 9 bowls get fucked at like 11 aimless walk around tagging n bombing about hour or to 2 smoke another 6 bowls then find a chill spot paint a piece go home smoke a couple bowls and the crash i live in kelowna bc its mad easy to get up out here
before i go- pack ma bag, smoke a barrel but not anouth to get wreaked when im bombing- i usealy paint after im done- get shit faced or go 2 bed
get the caps together play with the cans a little pack some markers, or fill em grab some water and smokes put on the nike high-tops for runnin go to buddies house bumb some tunes drink a beer smoke a cig hop in the whip and drive near the down-town area get out and walk son
put on some tight shoes..for running put on a sweater for putin markers in the front n shit get like 4 cans...2 for fills 2 for outlines.. before i leave i think of the spots i wanna hit..and spots to hit as i get the the main spot for the night and im out !!
BEFORE: Leave one of the house doors open, (theres a chime when you open the door) so i can sneak out the back door quietly. Listen to some Biggie or SPM while looking through some photos on BS, check my cans, get my markers ready, change into a hoody and pants that won't sag when i run, gloves, bandana. During: Nothing really, just straight up get some bombs and tags everywhere. But i'm paranoid as hell so if i think i hear a car or a person, i'm either hiding or hightailing out of there. Mostly i'll just lie flat on the ground cus my clothes usually are the same color as concrete (plus it's in the dark.)
look at porn, but not jerk off.. dont wanna release the testosterone. then listen to some good shit, hop in my homies truck, rack as much paint as possible, drive toward the city and find a few good spots, and do it up. or just take all the paint to a chill wall and do a nice piece and save the leftovers for another night of bombing.
Pick and area, Plan it out a little bit. Then get my markers and cans and meet up with my mates at a certian spot and go to those areas and bomb shit. I always have rest time at a school or in a park or some thing.
