I had a dream about finding a 15 oz true blue of rusto with male caps on it last night. I was so happy.

I always hear of true blue... but never quite known what exactly it is?
is it like some kind of old discontinued hue of blue that rusto used to make?

 

uhmm, i'm not sure but i think krylon made a true blue, there's an apex hands thing on youtube and it's him talking about san frans graff history and near the end he mentioned something about a true blue
