kwic you need to take some time to read though old posts and learn some stuff.
you can get the same type of mop from any place that sells shoes, and even grocery stores. Its a shoe polisher made by a company called KIWI. Steal one, dump out the polish and add ink or paint.
Since you are obviously just starting out just a simple paint mix would work for you.
Get some acrylic paint and thin it with a LITTLE bit of water
a bit better: Oil based Rusto of any color and paint thinner - 2 to 1

If you complain about not having money then you should be reading reading reading and learning how to make your own inks and paints, and where to get markers and mops, all for free. Not buying expensive shit off the internet

here you go, a little something to help you out.

you dont necesarily have to take out the "penis" thing.
its just gonna give you more drips but harder to control and require less squeezing.

no doubt the red tip comes off. try unscrewing it clockwise. lots of times the manufacturer will use reverse threads so you don't accidentally unscrew the top.
When you get it apart and refilled get back with some results, i'd like to know how that marker does.

Its pretty hard, not squeezable if thats what your asking. Id recommend using ink in it rather than paint.

    Oh, I'll find some.

    -

HOW THE FUCK DO I FILL UP A FUCKING PILOT WITH FUCKING PILOT INK?
Like how do I know if I put too much or too little.
Like whenever I fill a pilot with my homemade ink its good for 2 tags when I FLOOD the marker... :(

My favourite the Bingo Bottle with the mo hair nib...
I had to buy dunlop 65 lemon oil fretboard cleaner (pour it out into another container
so I could use the original one as a marker;))
    (Ink used: Zenstar Black Widow)

Damn I must make my letters stick together more :S..
    Shit tags

    For Cesk..
Just fill the pilot with the ink..
Pour it to the upper edge and leave it a little bit to soak
in the repeat it, a couple of times...
