buy a refurbished one and save yourself a few hundred dollars trying to get myself set up for film at home, so i tried to see what kind of results i could get using my scanner to scan negatives. old negative, changed brightness, and added alot of sharpening, didnt come out as bad as i expected this was at 600 dpi, and my scanner can do up to 1200. nowhere near perfect though [Broken External Image]:http://img156.imageshack.us/img156/6664/test0001.jpg
Just bought one... a shift lens though no tilt, purely for architecture. So I don't think it can do any of that stupid blurring shit which makes photos look like toys or models. I think tilt does that.
the second kid to the right of the middle looks like hes about 14. and for those of us on summer break who have nothing to do, i think it would be cool if we could organize photo battles/contests. just some friendly competition nothin serious. you guys can all go ahead and shoot down that idea now.

iPhone 4 HD video comparison with the Canon 7D. Video Here Of course the iPhone has it's depth of field, lens, frame rate versatility, and much more restrictions than HD SLR canon cameras, but damn i was still blown away. I mean there is no grain, clear as hell, and I imagine you can get crazy with color correction and have legit video. Philip Bloom released a timelapse with the iPhone as well, i believe there is an app for it. He is workin' on the first cinematic movie done via only iPhone. Timelapse Video
