F2.8 and about half a second exposure. I put a slight HDR on it, which is why it looks slightly artificial.
I'm gonna be selling my d40 body towards the end of summer. My summer gear... D80, 18-55mm, 55-200mm, Fisheye, Flash, Minolta X-700, 50mm, 80-200, and flash. Someone find me a bag to fit it all and I'll love you.
Well assuming you know what HDR is, I used a single RAW image to get the different exposures, and used a program called photomatix to turn it HDR, but only midly.
Check the shutter actustions. D80s have only 50000 shutter snaps before they start to die. I used to oown a d80, good camera but i used 25000 shutter actuations in a year so i sold it
Should I invest in a Nikon d40 or Canon Rebel? I'm new to photography and want to start leaning towards SLR's.
i got a nikon d40 AK what setup you running, you got any ND grad filters? throwing some shots into the pot

Photography isn't about how much you can edit a pic taken on a pint and shoot. Learn some skills on a manual camera.

Canon's tend to be cheaper, but also feel cheaper in your hands. They are also much more complex to use. Nikon's are what I prefer personally, but it really does just come down to what you feel better using.
My entire setup: I have a Nikon D300 with MB-D10 battery grip, a Nikon FE2 Film Camera, SB-600 flash, Sigma EF-500DG Super flash, SB-400 flash, 3 triggers and recievers. Lenses: Nikkor 10.5mm F2.8 Fisheye, Tokina 50-135mm F2.8, Tokina 11-16mm F2.8, Tokina 24-40mm F2.8, Sigma 18-200mm F3.5-5.6, Nikkor 28mm F2.8. I'm a bit of a gear nerd........
