first ever film roll, went to glasgow with my 35 RC and these turned out ok i think...although i was in edinburgh yesturday and today so im really looking forward to get the 2 rolls i used up while there,

 

the last photo really caught my eye bendover
minus the red glare in the left bottom corner but thats touchable

Ben, you should go back and shoot a model or something cool in that garage; The lighting is sweet.

 

I went to best buy and messed around with the tripods. The manfrottos are definitely worth it. I slide them all over the place, punched them, kicked the bases, they never lifted a leg off the ground, but weight nothing. Amazing. None of the others came close. Thanks for the recommendation, Joe.

Im looking for a lens that's between 14-24mm length primed or zoom that has an aperture of 2.8 or less. 2.0 would be ideal, but not a big deal. I have an Canon EF mount and an adapter for Nikkor lenses. Recommendations?

 

Theres the 16-35 2.8L, the 14mm 2.8L II, the 24mm 2.8, and 24mm 1.4L

I'm sure there are other, these are just off the the top of my head
the L lenses are gonna run you at least $1300, maybe cheaper used. anything that fast and wide wont come cheap. What body do you have? if you have a cropped camera and are looking for wide angles check out the cannon 10-20mm of the tokina 12-24mm

 

Yeah that's the issue. Im lookin to buy used but up to 300 if possible. Not about to drop over a grand on a lens, or at least not for a while. I have a 550D t2i rebel.

 

If your willing to compromise speed, check the Sigma 10-20mm 4.0-5.6.
