you need an outline on the green it wll make it stand out more.try black.. make ur hand style more simple, then later u'll get better..and dont add bits n arrows till u get the simple letters down first

 

its hard to read cuz it looks like a green blob

 

add 3D, Try different colours, work on your letter structure, lose the chips

try using a light color for the outline so u can distinguish the letters
