I agree with that, Ive meat a lot of my close friends through writing, what I meant is most cats fall of after seeing the bad shit it has to offer real beef, jail time and fines.I've seen many heads just give it up after there 1st time getting arrested. Then Ive seen others laugh it off say there gonna stop but cant. Hobbies you can stop additions you can not.
Well I was reaching for my book to work on my tag and got a "severe" papercut. Now there is blood on the paper, and I don't really want to work on my tag anymore. Is this what you mean by real encounters with what writing has to offer?

you can tell when a writer has heart for this shit, if he gets busted by police and they go and wreck while they're on probation or whatever. same with if you find yourself taking mops and markers every single place you go. going up the street to the store, let me bring my do 'em dirty and my krink. it's like, you never know. i'm kind of rambling but i have a point to this. you can tell the shook ones really quick... when you ask someone you're chillin' with if they have a hat that has a wildstyle version of their name.. "do you write?".. "nah bro, fuck that shit, i got busted with 65 counts of vandalism".
everytime i go to court (and it's usually different courthouses) i bring a scribe. courthouse ups ftw. i love it, cop walks in right after as i'm washing my hands, doesn't think anything of it.
