yo way bak at the start of the post vikin and some other peeps kept wonderin why when they did there outline after fill and shit like that it was watery well its cause...lets say you do your fil ok then you do your outline on it hhhmmm...(what is still WET the fill is still wet so what happins when you put things on a wet surface..its dripps there i have ansrd the question that has plagued the toy story members for months and months lol...so to stop the drips you HAVE TO LET EACH COAT DRY!!!
