My new "Ghetto Rig"....ive used it twice now to catch tags on a highway sign and an overpass This is the whole thing...its comprised of a basic Black Rope Belt with 2 D Rings on the end...i got it from Gap....i had my mom (i wuv you mom!) reinforce the stitching that held the D-Rings with doubled over Black Carpet Thread...this thread is EXTREMELY strong....i had her do 5 stitching lines....1 on the left part, 1 on the part part, 1 down the middle, and 1 line on each side to sew the sides down together....then, i attached a caribiner (those things mountain climbers use) to the 2 D-Rings...it can hold up to 315 lbs....all of this was about $8... Closeup of the end.... I highly recommend it to shimmy up and hang from high places.... Feedback?
How so? Its a belt, with 2 metal rings on the end....and i re-enforced the stitching with stronger thread.... Then, hooked a caribiner on the rings..
i would go ninja with a ninja suit and a grappling hook and rope. i would trust my good old siege equipment before i would trust a gap belt with a carabiner. it is a kick ass idea tho.
just watch out when you take it out. shit leaks like a bitch down the bottle and up over your hands when your writin'...well, happened to me. from now on i think ill try with the little penis thing still in..
Just got a SICKENING idea to make holders for spray paint, that can latch onto ANY belt.... Its ghetto, cheap, and effective....dare i post it? Or save it for the info network? I dunno......
ooo......dare post it. i wanna hear this. oh and btw i broke into a municipal water plant today and stole a harness for rappelin off bridges. i figured i would say sumthin since yeu made a harness type thingy on here.
Mine was better! Anyways....yeah, my new idea, can hold spray paint cans (krylon, color place, rusto, etc..) and they can be attatched onto ANY belt... I got the idea all layed out in my head...now, to take flicks!
sounds cool. i usualy just stand em upright in a messenger bag. but its hard as hell to run with one of those on.
This it'd be sick though...you can just attatch them to your belt, and cover them over with a hoody....talk about EASY access!!!
