they're not illegal but they're not allowed to be sent via usps dumbass. spraypaint and lighters are highly flammable and they don't allow it on planes cause it can react badly to high pressure. why do you think spray paint cost so much to ship? they always send it through ups because its ground. and knives aren't allowed to be sent through usps unless you're over 18. but thats if you go to the post office to have them weigh it.

X-rays can't tell the chemical composition of a substance, so this is ridiculous.

i said before that you can buy weed seeds and have them shipped to you.
They come from overseas but customs can not and will not have drug sniffing dogs smell every single package that enters the US. It's not possible. They may do random searches but still, the seeds are NOT going to be found.
They're not going to x-ray every single package either.

thats deffinatly bullshit. and packaging whether it airtight or not still isnt going to keep the dogs from smelling it. you really cant stop the dogs. im pretty sure they can smell the bud even if its in a vaccume seal package just because of finger print trace amounts on the outside
