It's very possible, I have ADHD and when I went to get a new perscription and asked about adderall, apparently they took it off the market cause in some cases is caused deaths, I wouldn't at all be surprised if he OD'd on it.

I smoked my last bowl last night watching the best of chris rock. My 11 dollar bong broke yesterday when I was cleaning it out, I patched it up with some duck tape and now it hits even better (probably because I cleaned it though)
