Obviously you can live anywhere and grow good indoor, you just might have to pay outrageous prices.most places in the US you can get life or close to it for growing...alot less people do it...theres more demand and less supply. The population of california is bigger than all of canada, and now that the dollar has evened out canadians cant make as much profit selling it south of the border.
