its sulphamic acid, a powder you mix with water. its safer than muriatic acid so im guessing it wont etch windows but maybe if i don't put alot of water or use something else to mix it. if anyone knows anything pm me about it so no kids use the info. thanks

and do you mean sulfuric acid? that will not etch glass, only metals

and that is a wierdd acid, it gives off N2 instead of H2

but no it wont etch glass, metals tho.
and it says used in the manufacturing of pigments and dyes, do some research on that

 

i forgot where we had the discussion about spray paint in a mop but i was wonderin if it would flow thru a pump marker cuz i want to refill my gold burner with gold spray paint.

It will, but make sure you spray it into a plastic bowl first and stir it so that when you shake it it doesn't blow up.
Then add like 15-20% of xylene.

 

yo with acrylic paint mops. whats the best ration of paint to water or w/e you decide to add.

my favorite recipe is the half paint half dye. or stainer (if its a good color)

but my water mixes are never like amazing.

 

like 2/3 paint 1/3 water
THEN add the hlakf dye

 

really, add the water? my mixes without water seem perfect.

 

what brand acrylic?

then maybe just add the stainer and it should be fine.
its also good if you make the paint the same color as the stainer, that way the color doesnt fade

 

yea, i was going for the gray tho. it came out really good on the stop sign coming out from the bridge we recently painted

ive never had any of my acrylics or anything grow fungus, tahts so wierd how yours did. Id say add a dash of alcohol or meth blue, and that shouldnt happen again
