Does anyone no a good ink for prints onto slaps? Ive messed around with block printing before, but real ink for printing is extremely thick (almost like honey) and would make the sticker far to heavy. The ink cannot be to thin however, or it won't transfer well I was thinking about making the ink, so if anyone can recommend a medium viscosity ink that would be perfect
ok well i have just made a batch of pen ink. the one problem: i couldnt get rubbing alcohole. instread i got ethonol (90%) i was wondering if this would affect the thicknes or quailty of the ink. i used about 175ml of ethonol, 96 pens and a cap of brake fluid.
sweet as. so no difference to the out come of the ink. it raining atm but im guna head out for a bomb later this arvo
either im doing something wrong or science is weird but i made the ghetto krink and that lasted for a few months and i still have a sharpie magma tag i did 3 years ago and thats still up. makes me wonder now
sharpies fade in the sun but last if not in the sun, and ghetto krink is easy to buff but it lasts in the sun
hettinger, tell me, your the ink master. 1. what IS the best recipe you know? 2. what EXACTLY is the use of omega3 fish pills in your ink?
lol 1: id say bitumen ink lasts the longest and stains the most but its the hardest to find a marker for, u kinda just gotta use a mop with a homemade nib. pen ink is second best cuz its easy and powerful 2: its the same as dot3, there are proly a billion different things that u can add to do this: it slows the drying time for inks, so its only for use in pen ink or something with a lot of stainers/ dyes
what on gods green earth can i put grog silver in, it has eaten thru kiwi mops, ot mops, slimline junobo style mops, stampendous/DED mops, wide body clear mops.... if i dont empty the mop in less then 24 hours it just starts leaking on me....if its been posted im sorry searching via cell phone is a bitch
Sup kids, i've been looking around this thread for a while and I wanted to ask for a good recipe for staining electrical boxes, or anything metallic really. It seems that my paint gets buffed fairly easily and it really is pissing me off. Plus I think a mop would be better when I'm out and don't want to carry a can on me, so any one know any ink that would stain anything metallic and/or plastic? While lasting the sun and rain?
