I definitely see the AUGStempt in the second one, but not so much revok. The way the '3D' is curved into the letters reminds me of my own lazy way of doing that, the.....Lumos. There it is. It's that L.
Lumos is an excellent writer. Many of the big guys have lost a lot of credit, but are still some of the best there were.
I actually dont mind it that much, There are so many styles these days for people to be inspired from. Not so much the style as much as the structure. I could have sword I've seen that kind of R in one of Revok's black and white pieces. Random grimey character doodle: SEYOR: I think the bolder outlines do your pieces some good. Especially with the ones with more 'flat' fills like that Rade.
@menace:those esar pieces are fire, digging the sketch too. the fills are always dope. @ semper keep them coming, the more dedication you have the better they will look... well, with most cats. @sang: digging your style alot, i'd ask for an exchange but i'm so backlogged in terms of that, and i don't have a lot of time. but if you're down i can throw one at you in the future. holy fuck am i having fun with this one, haven't done a bevel fill in forever:
I like that sketch alot arose, the sand type fill for the letters is perfect. The pyramid is nicely done aswell. Fuck the beef though dogg, im over it. I just thought id clarrify that seeing how you are skipping giving me any feedback. Good stuff though. I look forward to that one being finished.
Skinny bars in your sketches would mad justice like your pieces. Nice and clean though. Bump to new page sense the chatter was enormous
That last sketch mone is dope as fuckkkkkkkkkkkkk... I mad digg it yo. Managed to whip this up soon as I woke up View attachment 638782 View attachment 638783 I mad digg this one lol
Fresh, mang. down for a throw exchange? can't wait to see this one finished, always dope arose. mone you've always been a huge inspiration. this is sick, love the flow and the simplicity. your handies are getting a lot better too man, props
Code: Thanks yo. Those pieces were both done in about 6 mins or so. I'd like to get drop shadows down to a science. All though I like the look of Three-D with vanishing points better. The Drop shadow is a lot quicker and will allow me to be more free I think.. I'm glad u like them tho a quick sketch I'm working on of JD
We're in bat country Mone! Check out the artwork on the cover of the book or DVD man that's the Ralph steadman cat I was talkin bout a while back
