Yeah it was my first run at it and I had to carve it with an X-acto. I got a 3x5 that I am going to try out next and I also got some carving tools
you need to spend more time pressing the wood with a wooden spoon or something so the ink applies better.
I think that I need to use the ink that is made for block printing I used homemade pen ink from a zig wide marker
The block printing ink works better but you have to spray over it with clear cote because its water based and will wash off. But it wont fuck up or stain your linoleum block. some stencils i have been playin with what do you think? had to try my tbone? some kinda retro squid thing? I think they turned out pretty good for my first few stencils. I did some more post flics later.
t-bone.... really digging your stencils.... not a sticker, stencil or poster but no one comments on them in the toy canvassss plus i'm thinking about making stickers like 'em.....
