get a big glass, fill it 1/4 to 1/2 with yogurt. Put a little ice and fill the rest with water. The next step is up to you, salty or sweet? Put in A LITTLE salt and black pepper or a bunch of sugar. Now mix it all in a blender or with a spoon.
